Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy explains how products ordered from ZNSH Fire & Engineering Solutions are prepared, dispatched and delivered.

1. Delivery Areas

We provide local delivery within Lucknow and nearby serviceable areas through local delivery partners such as Porter or another suitable delivery provider.

Orders for distant locations may be sent through a transport service, courier or another delivery arrangement agreed with the customer.

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are paid by the customer unless a promotion or written quotation specifically states otherwise.

The final delivery charge may depend on the destination, distance, product weight, dimensions, delivery urgency and delivery provider.

Where the delivery charge cannot be calculated automatically during checkout, our team will contact the customer before dispatch to confirm the charge.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed after the required customer details, product availability and payment status have been confirmed.

Orders placed outside normal business hours, on holidays or during unusually busy periods may be processed on the next working day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary according to stock availability, destination, product type and the delivery or transport provider.

Local orders may generally be delivered faster than orders sent to distant locations. Any delivery date shared by our team is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery time.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide a complete delivery address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number.

Additional delivery charges caused by an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, customer unavailability or change of destination may be payable by the customer.

6. Inspection at Delivery

Customers should inspect the package and product as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Visible damage, missing items or an incorrect product should be reported promptly with the order number, photographs and any available delivery information.

7. Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed because of weather, traffic, transport disruption, public holidays, stock issues, government restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide updated delivery information when a significant delay becomes known.
